Hey guys,
So recently i changed my job which gave me a bunch of free time to go to the gym, considering I have really been wanting to go. I am 5’8 and about 120 pounds. I want to gain weight and gain muscle, so I don’t look like a toothpick. My friend is a bodybuilder and he gave me a workout plan so I go to the gym every day, with one rest day.
I have a great workout plan, and I work out for about an hour a day. On my first day, I could barely lift a 25 bar and yesterday I was easily benching a 45 bar! So progress is being made..
The problem is my diet. I don’t eat as much as other people. I can honestly go all day with only having one meal. The problem is not that I starve myself, its that I naturally just don’t get hungry! And I don’t want to force food down my esophagus! I make a protein shake every day after the gym with protein powder, a small teaspoon of creatine, milk, fruits, oatmeal, etc.. but what can I do to open my appetite more and eat more? The dude at the local supplement store told me to get a total mass thing where every 2 servings was like 1,200 calories but I don’t want to use that generic stuff.
