Hey all,
I am making a bulking meal plan and used the calorie calculator on this website to find out that I need:
Calories:
3916
Carbs:
246-308
Protein:
210
Fats:
62-123
I have chosen basically all the foods that you would imagine a bodybuilder would eat and created a diet that fits these macros; however, my calorie count is still a good 500-750 low of 3916 calories while I'm meeting my macros. Why is this? If I add more calorie dense food, it just ramps up the macros much higher than I need.
Or is this calculator flawed?
Any thoughts?
