Hello ! I'm struggling with a knowledge problem. I'm trying to build muscle,i am in a caloric surplus, i train 4 times per week (upper/lower split) and i'm taking 2g/kg of protein daily. But the protein intake is taken from vegan sources, not only animal. I'm hitting daily about 5000-6000 mg L-lysine from the food but i don't know if this L-lysine intake is enough for muscle growth. The other aminoacids, bcaa, arginine,etc, are ok. All i want to know is about the L-lysine intake.
