I need help

I really want to get into bodybuilding, I'm one hundred pounds wet through and I've struggled with anorexia since my teen years. I'm tired of being weak and I'm tired of being skinny, but most of all I'm tired of being bloody tired all the time. Getting to the gym and lifting the weights is no problem for me, what I struggle with is diet. I have no idea where to start or what to do and it's daunting for me to see all these nutritional posts and not know which applies to me. So could you guys help? I just need a starting point. Someone tell me what to eat and when and I will do it.
