I’m sorry that I keep posting on the forum today, but I wanna make sure I’m doing a CLEAN bulk right. I started my first bulk 2-3 weeks ago eating 27-2800 calories. I’ve been pretty much maintaining, which is good for a first clean bulk. Well I had a bad weekend intake wise. I didn’t track what I ate, but lots of junk (BBQ pulled pork, burgers, soda, etc.). Well Friday morning I was sitting at 191.5 and I stepped on the scale this morning and I was up to 198. I’m guessing it is water weight and I should just go back to what I was doing correct? Any advice? Any other quick adjustments to lose the water weight on a bulk?
