Seems that food sources that contain a sizable chunk of Vitamin E are few and far between. Aside from almonds and vegetable oils. I'm happy with my diet as is and the results I am getting, so I don't plan on changing it just to suit one nutrient. I'm not a huge fan of almonds, and I certainly don't want to use more junky vegetable oils.
Therefore, should I supplement? Or is cronometer not accurately calculating Vitamin E? All of the articles I've read seem to say that there are enough trace amounts in foods to be sufficient, although maybe that assumes a S.A.D. Diet that's high in veggie oils?
Thanks in advance.
