Female first bulk

I read a fantastic article on here earlier about female bulking. I've just spent the last half hour looking for it and can't find it.
I've been trying to eat at maintenance the last few weeks and keep having to adjust as I'm still losing weight, especially since sorting my fat macro out. You can now see my ribs but I'm still around 25% bf (pictures submitted on here and you gave me 24%) I'm only wanting to stay in maintenance for a short period and the hit my first bulk as it's obvious there isn't a lot of muscle under the fat that's left.
The article I read was about clean female bulking and said to aim for 0.5lb gain a month or was it 0.5kg a month? I know it was very little. Can someone help. I'm very small framed so every lb is quite obvious.
