I have a PT and he wants me to double my protein, carbohydrate and calories intake which I'm finding hard!
I'm looking for some good tips for pots of food I can make at the weekend which then I can take with me to work for my lunch or for evening meals.
I have 4 children so life can be quite busy and I end up taking the same thing for lunch or not organising myself and then having to find something quickly at the supermarket. Or coming home late and just quickly eating the first thing I find in the fridge! I need to have pre-made food which I can just heat up quickly when needed.
Any great ideas or favourite dishes that can keep in the fridge or work well for lunch, please let me know! The meals do not need to be particuarly low fat just high protein and carbs.
