I used to have a protein shake post my workout, which feels great.
Recently I discovered the art of mixing my choc protein in unsweetened low fat greek yogurt and can't get over it.
I use isolate whey since it does not make me feel bloated. So now, post workout I mix 36g of protein choc with my 100g greek yogurt (sometimes with a pinch of cinnamon powder and chia seeds)
Total macros:
38g protein
6g carbs
2g fat
~200 cals which fits perfectly in my macro. The question is if I mix my whey in greek yogurt will that effect how fast the protein is absorbed in my body when compared to having my whey with just plain water?
