Confused and losing motivation

Hello I have been training for a year now and made good newbie progress. I have had meal plans made and followed them well. But I recently lost quite a bit of weight and now looking to bulk again. I am following the bigger leaner stronger program which recommended 2600 calories and I lost weight kept stepping up at 3000 calories I didn't put on weight or loose it but I feel like I have put on a lot of fat and lost a lot of size i am really getting frustrated I am now on 3200 calories trying and weight is going on this week what should I do as my strength was going up now I feel I am losing it. Sorry for long post any questions I am happy to answer should no of stuck with 3000 calories for longer than 3 weeks to see what happened I am using my fitness pal to track
