Cheat Day Blues

Hey guys, first time posting, and I have a question.

Over the last year, I have dropped almost 50 lbs via diet and exercise. Usually run early (about 5) in the morning, then go to work.

Stuck to a lean meat, brown jasmine rice, and green vegetable diet with a cheat day on Saturday.

The first 40 pounds flew off. In 2014, I got out of the military at around 191 lbs, and 5'10. I would like to get back to that, and am currently sitting at around 218.

This last 10 lbs has been a real pain though, and I started resorting to more desperate measures when I plateaued loss-wise.

Basically starving myself. The last couple weeks, my diet has consisted of 3 hard boiled eggs in the morning, 90 grams of rice and 4 ounces of meat spread out the rest of the day.

Which is whatever. That doesn't really psychologically bother me as long as I have that cheat day to look forward to.

The problem is.. that cheat day has become extremely painful. I have the same thing every Saturday. About half of a buffalo chicken pizza from Dominos and a cup of coke.

It has really started messing me up. For like 9 hours afterwards, I feel bloated. Shortness of breath. Pain in my sides. Doesn't even feel like my body is processing this crap. It's so bad that I fast every Sunday just to purge myself and regroup mentally.

I don't know what to do, because that fatty light at the end of the tunnel is what keeps me motivated Sunday-friday.

Anybody else ever have a problem like this?
