I've been going to the gym for a while now and I have made substantial improvements with my strength and body fat. However, I've sorta stopped putting on heavy muscle for some reason.
I tried changing my program but I believe it's my eating. I am at school still so it's hard for me to cook massive meals for lunch and stuff. I need help to bulk!
Any tips would be awesome eating wise
