Hi, I’m currently wanting to start bulking up, but I need some help setting my macros. I am 5,9 150lbs and am naturally skinny. My current macros are protein 265g, carbs 353g, fats 118 grams I’m eating 3530 calories a day. I’m thinking about lowering my protein intake to 220 grams but I’m not sure if that’s what it should be at, and am not sure how many carbs I should increase to?
