16/8 fasting workout time

I'm starting a new job which is forcing me to change my eating/workout times.
Eating window will be 11:00am - 7:00 pm
Training at 9:45am
4 day split Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
55 years old trying to maintain 190 lbs.
2500 calories 45% carbs, 30% pro, 25% fat (very clean)
I’m wondering if I will be able to train hard at the end of my fast. I do not use pre’s. Just coffee.
