Nutrition On an Intense Bulkling Cycle Workout

Good evening guys,

(Please be lenient with my English I'm french and it's the first time I start a log)


To start with :
- I'm 25 years old
- Weight 83 kg
- Approximately 15% body fat

I started a cycle 4 weeks ago and gained 4 Kg so far

I'm asking you to give me tips on my nutrition please

Meal one :
Protein shake (24 g)
4 Slice whole wheat bread
on each slice I apply (Peanut butter + Jam)
1 Bowl of cow milk
1 Cup of Multi Juice 100% From fruits


Meal 2 :(After gym)
One chicken breast
One rice
One gravy
One protein shake
3 to 4 bananas


Meal 3 :
One Greek Yogurt
One orange
One kiwi
One handful of almonds


Meal 4:
Half of a whole roasted chicken (without skin)
1 Rice
Cabbage


Meal 5:
Other half of a whole roasted chicken (without skin)
1 Rice
Cabbage


Meal 6:
Can of Sardines (35 g of proteins)
and some times some bananas


Meal 7 (Just before to sleep)
A Bowl of oat meal


Please let me know what would you change in my place
I do 5 training per week (Split in body parts)
I'm starting boxing on saturday to add some cardio in my routine
