Hi so my stats are this: 146lb 5ft10 age 19. I’ve been recently in taking 4000 calories to bulk up as fast as possible as I look anorexic, my weight log looks like this: 23rd feb - 143 pound, 27th feb - 146 lbs , 1st March 148 lbs , 2nd March 146.5. Last night I probably ate around 3100 calories instead of 4000 because I had a chicken wrap instead of a shake. Why have I lost weight?
