So im 18, 184cm, 80kg. On the calorie intake calculator on the site it said that i have to eat about 3000 calories for gaining muscles? Is this correct? Because i have been eating the past two months about 3500 and have gained about 6kg in that time and most of it is just fat. I eat about 130-140 gr of proteij a day. I dont use suplements.
