What type of carbs are actually acceptable?

I heard that fructose just turns directly to fat
I heard aromatase in grains, pasta and even yoghurt and cheese lower testosterone
I heard gluten in bread and pasta lowers testosterone
I heard fibre lowers testosterone (likely by reducing cholesterol) And sucks out vitamins

Is this just broscience? I'd rather not live off just potatoes...
Also I like cheese and yoghurt, in fact I have yoghurt before bed and if it really does lower testosterone then won't that ruin my production of it during sleep?

Do you guys all eat these things? Should I believe any of this?
