Hi guys, a few days ago i asked in this forum "should i bulk or cut", well, everybody said bulk and that's what I'm trying to do, now, according to the TDEE calculator website and the app MyFitnessPal I should be eating around 3100 calories, and I'm not sure if that's way too much or not, I do consider myself pretty active. (upper body 3x a week, lower body 2x a week, and cardio x1 a week)
Some of my body specifications would be, around 14% body fat (my one lead are online calculators, I know, they might not be accurate, but it's better than estimating throught visual feedback), 137 lbs and 5'9.
Also I'm aiming to eat around 160g of protein/day, i never run short but sometimes I do go over that.
My question would be, is 3100 calories too much or is it a good number to aim for? I haven't been reaching that number due to fear of it being too much, i have been eating between 2700 to 2800.
Thanks for taking the time to read :)
