I use 3 different scales that measure the percentage of the following in my body:
Water% + 4.2%
Protein % + 1.5???
Muscle mass% -1.5 lb
Fat% - 2.1
Visceral fat% -2
I lost 21lb on 15 days waterfasting
All the scales have similar outcome.
