Recommended caffeine dose (pre workout) for someone who never drinks coffee?

Hello, the first time I tried preworkout I took the recommended dose of 200mg and I had a pretty intense workout but after I felt very bad. I felt extremely tired and anxious.

I never have coffee and the only caffeine I have is one coke every 2-4 weeks .I took Almax Impact Igniter 8.2g which contains 200 mg of caffein, I think that dose was too high for my tolerance.

I was wondering next time I try preworkout which should be the dose you would recommend for me to have a good experience?
