Trying to lower my boydfat percentage. currently at 35% according to dexa three weeks ago. 5'8, 75kg (165lbs). I make sure my protein intake and calories are higher on workout days and i'm in a more signifciant deficit on non-workout days. To be honest I haven't seen much of an improvement which is annoying because I bust my butt in the gym and lift heavy 3x a week full body.
Anyway on non-workout days my protein intake does get significantly lower but does that really matter as long as my weekly average on my fitness pal is correct? On average for the 7 days I consume 159-160g protein (really don't want to eat anymore tbh and my metabolism is so lame considering I've seen no progress I need as much of a deficit as I can get)
