I am 1.74 cm and i am 60 kg
I work 8 hours a day and i think i am active
I need help on a diet but based on this foods
I think i need 150 protein a day to build muscle maybee
Im new to this so i have no idea
But the foods i can buy are
Chicken breast
Eggs
Milk
Oats
Rice
Patatos
Brocolli
Maybe beef and Maybe greek yogurk and p.butter if i can find to buy here where i live
So can anyone tell me a diet based on these foods and to just eat in 3 meals all this , i mean everything what to eat each meal , how many grams of it
