Proper Calories For Cutting.

Hey guys, new to this and 1st post.
Lately ive been trying to cut some fat, doing lots of reading, cutting calories, tracking food and working out 5x times per week.
I have a physical job (on my feet all day, walking, lifting etc..) and am having a hard time figuring out my maintenance calories. Currently eating at 1550 cal. Just wondering if this seems to low for lifestyle, I am seeing results but also feel lethargic alot, not sure if im doing more harm than good.
