new to the gym and diet

hello everyone I wont waste your time I'm new in the gym I wannt diet that helps me lose fat and gain muscle i'm 5'5 165CM 139lb 63KG due to my work I can't eat 5-6-7 meals a day it's too much for me any tips for fewer meal + any tips to help my sugar craving i'm used to have a pancake with sweet stuff cutting it makes me nervous and thinking about it most of the time thaaaaaank u so much
