Hey what to except from first cut i really wanna get lean. I been working out 6 month seriously pretty ****ing disgusted with the results In muscle mass. I dont know how to load pictures on here i try describe my Best.. Im one of those dudes Who you cant Tell does he lift or is he fat or does He do sports... I gained some size during the 6 Months and some strength and alot of FAT..its like when i flex i look like a different dude i mean literally different when i dont flex i look weird. I have wide hips also wide shoulders so im not a pearshaped dude. Im 85kg 179cm tall.... Lifts are 135kg deadlifts 5x, BENCHPRESS 80kg 5x, BARBELLROW 90kg 5x, SQUATS 110kg 5x, OHP 50KG. how should i approach this cut i seriosly dont wanna end up again skinnyfat
