Morning
HIIT sprints
30 pullups
50 pushups
100 sit ups
100 body weight squats
(I workout again at around 6pm and hit abs again)
NOW THE IMPORTANT PART
diet
Breakfast:5 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, spinach, mushrooms, 1 cup plain oats
Snack #1 no sugar peanut butter, banana, apple,canned oysters, beef liver(monday and friday)
Lunch: half chicken, 1 cup sweet potatoes
Snack#2: broccoli, handful red grapes
After workout: 1 can tuna with mayo
Misc: garlic, lemon, honey
VITAMINS: 4000iu vitamin D with breakfast, 2000mg of omega 3 fish oil (1 with breakfast, 1 with first snack)
Zinc chelate with first snack
Magnesium with after workout
Bcaas 3gs before and after workout
OTHERS: i take cold showers and intermittent fast
I want to increase testosterone, androgen receptors, increase muscle and loss fat. Nofap as well
Is this all ideal. Am i getting too much zinc etc. I want to get as much muscle in 6 months as possible
