My weight is 92.5 kg and height 180 cm I currently finish bulk and start cut, I'm most of the morning at school and in the afternoon I'm going to training, I'm currently on a neutral calorie balance for a week, I'm not sure about calorie calculation
According to what I calculated I should eat 2400 calories + 270 on a training day

Fat-115
Its ok?
And if you can help me calculate the calories i need to eat in a neutral calorie balance and in a deficit calories balance
