Is my micronutrient calculations enough?

I'm 25, 6 feet tall, 242 pounds and planning to built muscle, I also go to the gym everyday apart from the weekend (I am seeing results, but its time to fix my diet, to maximise the results). From my calculations, i need around 3000 calories to build muscle, which means i should be aiming for 262 grams of protein, 337 grams of carbs, and 150 grams of fats.

Is my calculation correct? For muscle building is my micronutrients appropriate for someone my height and size?
