Attached is my current breakfast screenshot from MFP. Is it too much protein in one meal? I could break it into two smaller meals but it is easier for me to do it this way. I usually wake up not hungry and drink a couple cups of coffee. About an hour later, I get extremely hungry and eat. I prefer to get most of my protein earlier in the day as my day gets hectic and have sometimes failed to get my protein macro for the day and I do not want to worry about not getting enough protein later. I am type 2 diabetic so I also need to limit my carbs especially in the morning and save them for post workout where they dont spike my blood sugar as much.
