Hi, is the fat percentage determined only by food quantity or nutrient type too?.
I am just starting on this and didn't find much information about it. My doubt is if someone who takes 2000kcal per day of 50%P - 30%C - 20%F will have the same % of fat of someone who takes 2000kcal of 30%P - 50%C - 20%F. Is the fat percentage determined by calories only, or by nutrient type (protein carbs fat) too?
