Over the past few years I have lost over 100+ pounds. I am currently at 169 pounds roughly 22% body fat. I'm about 5' 8". I have been dieting to get below 15% to start bulking to put on muscle. Wondering what other people have done to combat a skinny fat physique? The only issue I have is getting down to 15-12% BF but just looking sickly skinny with no muscle definition. Should I just suck it up and continue to lose the excessive body fat or be in a slight calorie surplus? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a current and old physique of mine.
