I have been dieting for 5 months now. I want to take a break and increase some size.
Currently I am 155lbs and 1800 - 2000 calories diet plan.
180g - 200g protein
150g or less carbs
70g or less fats
I am planning to go till 2500 calories consumption but I am not sure which macro to increase.
