I noticed it on several occasions that when I eat 100-120 carbs at night plus meat/fish and salad (avocado), around 22:00-00:00, the next morning I feel sluggish and sleepy and I weight less. As if this big meal has been burned completely and my body burned my own muscle/fat even further that resulted in the weight loss.
Other times I just ate some fish with a slice of bread around the same time (23:00) with a fat source (avocado) and I gain weight.
Anybody else noticed this difference ? It can't be that such a meal with high carbs has been burned completely and then suddenly my body was looking on burning even more in the middle of the night !
