Hello, can you help me, im currently cutting, but only few more days and then im switching back to lean bulk. Im cutting for 1 month, just small cut, i wasnt that fat, but wanted to be more leaner, lets call it minicut if you want. My TDEE was 2900 kcals, so i started on 2500 and now im at 2300 (10 days remaining). Cutting is working good, but problem is that i dont know ho to transfer back to bulk without getting back fat.
So question - if my TDEE is 2900 and im cutting right now at 2300, can I at the end of the bulk instantly switch to "lean bulk" and from 2300 go back to 3100 calories, or if i dont want to get fat back, then better will be go for 1 week to 2900 (my TDEE) and after like 1 week to 3100 ??? I just dont get that fat back fast, thanks
