Cutting weight to enlist in the army after being out of the Marine Corps for 2 years. Need to lose 40-50 pounds over time, unless I tape out before that benchmark. Any help would be appreciated, adding a picture of my lifting plan, and I'm also doing cardio on some of the days, I just need to solidify my cardio schedule (work schedule makes it hard)
