Critique my diet

Basically wondering if my "macro timing" is correct for each meal,
is it a healthy plan long term, Should I change anything etc.

So far been doing it steady for a month now and I like it overall.
Not losing weight as fast as I thought, but the calories are higher then I originally thought also...Derp
Strength has been steady, if not better.

Trying to loose weight without losing muscle.
Sedentary lifestyle, 1hr workout 5-6 days a week. Weightlifting mostly with 15min walking incline treadmill.
6'2" 230lbs

Breakfast:
3 whole eggs
4oz Steak or 90/10 beef

lunch:
8oz Chicken breast
8oz Cali mix vegetables

Dinner (pre-workout):
8oz Chicken Breast
6oz Basmati Rice
3oz Shred cheese, sour cream

post workout:
Protein shake w/granola
1TBSP peanut butter

Est. Macros: 245P / 115C / 85F 2200 Calories

My own thoughts now actually looking at it closer would be:
Add some type of fat during lunch meal, 1TBSP peanut butter? Is fat needed with protein??
Drop down to 6oz chicken lunch and dinner since the protein is pretty high...
Drop down to 4oz rice to compensate for more lunch fat & drop more calories.
