I have just recently started tracking macros. I’ve done some basic research, but the way my body is reacting has not matched anything I’ve read. I’m 24 weigh 205lbs and have around 10% body fat and I’m trying to reach 220lbs I was eating 65g fat 230g protein 500g carbs, losing about a pound a week. I’m now eating 200g fat 300g carbs and 165g of protein and have been gaining about 2 pounds a week. No change in supplements or workouts.
