hey guys im 5'9, 19, currently around 133 pounds. I was 127 2 weeks ago i started eating around 3k calories everyday and it seems to be working. I eat clean and i may or may not slip in some chocolate here or than but other than that i eat clean and big. I definitely eat enough protein per day from chicken. beef, shakes and what not. I also work out at the gym very hard or at least i just started working extremely hard.
my question is how long do you think i can truly see the size difference from these pounds or when can i hit expect to hit 140 or 150 etc.
3k calories a day workout out 3-4 times a week.
