Always tired am i eating right

hi all,
I am male
165 tall
80 kgs
i train 5-6 days a week
eat good
chicken breast rice
mince and rice

i work at the airport unloading and loading aircraft do burning good calories there
i dont know how good fitbit watches are but says i burn almost 3000 calories a day
i am eating 3000 calories a day but always tired
i finish work and all i want to do is sleep

what am i doing wrong
