I know this might be different because this is site for bodybuilding and lifting weights, well in my case I'm mainly doing calisthenics and I've been looking all over internet to find myself an answer at should I bulk or cut.
I have been cutting for a long period of time and I was a newbie so I was building muscle. I started at 108 kilos of mostly pure fat I was noticeably obese. And last year around the sixth month I clicked and started to workout and try to lose weight. By the tenth month of the year I have lost around 27 kilograms but under the shirt I still had a big amount of fat and I decided to start up calisthenics I was mostly doing home very basic compound movements and stretches that lasted around 15-20 minutes and I was obsessed with it I trained 7 day a week.After I started up calisthenics and got some weights I dropped to 76 kilos.And I finally had seen outlines of my top abs.Now I've been in a bulking phase for a month and I have gained around 4-6 kilos not sure how much because of water weight. And I have gained around 1 cm in my waist and lost 2-3 cm in my thigh I measure those cause they are currently my most fatty areas.And now I'm not sure if I have only gained fat or did I add muscle too I'm not aware how much fat I have gained if I got 1 cm in my waist line. So I went to this page, I have been doing the weight loss stuff by myself and I thought it was finally time to get some help from experienced people that have been in this area for years.Now I am at 80-81.5 kilos.I'm 16 years old turning 17 in a couple of months.
My stats are currently: Caliper measurements: I measured my body fat from a bunch of calculators and honestly it seemed unrealistic I got I was like 8-12% I honestly think I'm around 13-15%
Waist line - 87 cm 18 mm
Thigh - 58 cm 6-8 mm
Chest - 96 cm 7 mm
I will provide all of my photos across my weight loss but I only started taking them around 94 kilograms. And sorry for my baby face I'm a high school students and I was overjoyed when I was taking those photos seeing the change haha.
Regarding the pictures I have a little bit lower body fat because those were taken 1 month before I started a kettlebell program (swings) and I'm lazy to take pictures on the phone now and transfer them to pc but if really needed I will provide them.
