Hi there, this is not a question or a debate theme by any means.
I just remeber that back in my country when i was a kid(20 something years ago) we used to have a Gym near my family house, the thing that i most remenber from that is that at around 6 or 7 oclock the "athletes" used to drink Beer (According to them because of the Barley) and have a piece of cake to Bulk...it was pretty popular back then for them to do that.
Another traditional method of bulking was to add pasta to a protein shake and blend it...
I just found it weird but for a Pre internet era and a third world country this was probably top of the line technology.
Just wanted to share tghis with you.
