I've recently started a new bulking diet however I want to check that I am not overdoing it with this diet i.e. getting too much of one mineral/vitamin. For example, I am getting over 200mg of Vitamin C. Is this diet okay?
Meal 1: 120g Almonds + 1 large banana + 500ml whole milk
Meal 2: 1kg Potatoes + 3 tbsp olive oil
Meal 3: Peanut butter sandwich (50g peanut butter)
Meal 4: 120g white rice + curry sauce
Throughout the day I also drink 600ml of whole milk
