Is this a good meal to eat daily (post workout)

So I’m currently on a lean bulk on 2900 a day. And I wake up 6 am I have oats and protein powder or fruit then go gym around 9 am

Then at 10.30 am I make this breakfast everyday.

4 eggs salmon beans sourdough bread light butter avacado.
