Little back ground, last year i was a measly 121lbs at 5 foot 10, not that i'm not still small....
I'm now 144lbs as shown in profile pic.
I know the rule of thumb is supposed to avg.
20-25 1st year
10-12 2nd
5-6 third
Half that and almost nothing eventually...
1lb per months seems so hard to measure and i am failing at not fluctuating on the scale 2pounds over/under by end of month...
My maintenance is about 2,400.
1st question*
How much Lb per month should i aim for?
2nd question*
How many inches on my waist is considered too much when trying to pack on the least amount of fat and most muscle?
Oh yeah, also just started working my abs a few months ago consistently i know i have alot of work to be done on abs, not a great genetic hand anyway... so much excitement to do this right since i have a forum with more help
