Hi Guys,
Not sure if this is posted in the correct section.
Just need some advice when it comes to bulking.
I’m 30yo Male 178cm 75Kg.
My main goal is to bulk but I’m a little confused with how many calories to eat each day. My job is highly active.
Based on the bodybuilding macro calculator I should consume
CARBS: 385 G PER DAY.
PROTEIN: 257 G PER DAY.
FATS: 95 G PER DAY.
Which equates to 3423 Calories/day.
I will be tracking macros rather than calories.
My question is that I own a Fitbit and the calories burned displayed is way more than 3423.
Most days I will be in excess of over 4000 calories.
Should I be eating 300-500 calories over what the Fitbit displays each day or stick to eating 3423 daily and up the amount weekly if no change after the week?
Thanks in advance.
Any other tips would be appreciated.
