Hello there. Id like to know is it possible that my TDEE is above 3000kcal.
Im working 8h per day in the kitchen spending all day on my feet, walking 6km per day + 90mins intense workout sessions. MY DIET IS CLEAN AND ON POINT so Im struggling to hit 3k per day, seems like Im dropping BF at 2700 intake. Is it possible that I spend above 3k?
Edit: 175cm ,75kg, under 10% body fat.
HOW IM THINKING:
Sedentary = 2000kcal + 300kcal from walking 6km + 200kcal from workout session + ??? for standing at least 10h per day
