I'm a male at 165cm and around 120lbs. I just started Starting Strength earlier this week and I began on 480g Carbs, 140g Protein and 90g Fat (3290kcals).
Is this too much or too little calories for this program? I just took a shot in the dark with these calories and I think I read somewhere in the book that I needed to be 1500-2000 calories above my tdee. I am starting to gain a lot of fat around my abdominal area and so I was thinking of lowering the calories. However, would this affect the LP?
