I'm 16, 5" 8 and 160 pounds and 20 to 22 percent body fat I want to gain muscle and have been lifting for 4 months now and reason i got into it was to be faster for sprinting in track since i plan to run track in college but want to separate myself from the competition i also want to gain muscle but do not want to gain to much more fat as i want to stay fit and athletic for track as well as also just do not want to be fat since i am already 20 to 22 percent body fat please help!!
