I would love to get feedback and suggestion on my current workout, supplement and meal intakes.
I'm looking for advise for me to gauge whether i'm doing it correct or wrong.
Height : 175cm
Weight : 60kg
Age : 27
Breakfast :- Two half boiled eggs, Nescafe drink ( coffee with sugar & milk )
Lunch :- Chicken ( usually not fried , it's with curry ) and vegetables, Nescafe drink ( coffee with sugar & milk )
Dinner :- Chicken and vegetables
I'm leaning towards more calories deficit in losing weight and building muscle.
Every evening with 1 day break in the week, i'll be doing exercise focusing on my abs ( 4 times a week ) , arms ( 2 times a week ).
I'd usually take MuscleTech Nitro-Tech ( whey-protein ) after workout to repair my body.
Currently, my protein is going to deplete. So i'm looking to build a lean body and ripped, i'm thinking of changing my diet and supplements.
Any suggestion?
